Rolling Membership Details
- Renewal: Memberships renew automatically on the same date each month based on the purchase date.
- Cancellation or Pause: Email pilates@flowpilateskent.co.uk at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to cancel or pause your membership.
- Commitment Period: A minimum commitment of 3 months is required. After this period, memberships can be cancelled with written notice.
Terms & Conditions (for all passes and memberships)
- Unused classes/credits do not carry over to the next month.
- Memberships remain active throughout the commitment period, even during holidays, illness, or other absences.
- Extensions for passes are not allowed, including in cases of illness, injury, or pregnancy. (Refer to our post-natal policy for more details.)
Cancellation Policy
Our studio has a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes. Cancelling up to 12 hours before the class starts will return the credit to your account for future use. However, cancellations within 12 hours of the start time will be charged as if attended. Please cancel promptly to allow others on the waitlist to join.
Arrival Guidelines
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted for safety reasons and to maintain class flow. If you're running late, contact the studio. Arriving more than five minutes late may result in your spot being given to someone else.
Non-Refundable Workshops & Courses
All workshops and courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
