We operate a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for our studio classes. This means that if you cancel up to 12 hours prior to the class start time, the credit will go back on your account with us and you can use it for another class in the future. If you cancel within less than 12 hours of the class start time, you will be billed as if you attended the class. If you are unable to attend a class in the studio, please cancel no matter how late so we can make the spot available to someone else on the waitlist.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. If you’re running late, you may not be admitted to the class, this is for yours and your peers' safety and enjoyment. If you’re more than five minutes late, we may offer your space to someone who has dropped into the studio, so please call the studio if you are running late.
Workshops and Courses are non refundable and non-transferable.
Pay as you go £13 valid for 14 days.
5 class pass £60 valid for 2 months
10 class pass £110 valid for 3 months
Rolling membership auto-renews at the purchase date each month (for example memberships purchased on the 10th of the month, payment will subsequently follow on the same date).
To cancel or pause your membership please email Taryne at email@example.com to request a cancellation 14 days before auto-renewal.
Our 12-hour cancellation policy applies. A credit will be issued to your account if you cancel your class within the 12hr window. We do not offer refunds or credits if you cancel after the 12hr cancellation policy or for no-shows.
By purchasing memberships you are agreeing to commit for 3 months, thereafter you are welcome to cancel the membership by written notice.
T&C: There are no class rollovers (unused classes/credits will not be transferred to the next month). The membership will continue running throughout the commitment phase regardless of if you are on holiday, ill or can not attend for other reasons.
