Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation period: 12 hours for a credit return to your account
- Late cancellation: Within 5 hours of class starting will result in a credit loss
- No shows and late cancellations will result in a credit loss
- Packages cannot be refunded, transferred or extended
- Booking transfer to another class on the same day is acceptable. Please contact the studio to arrange this - must be done within our 5 hour late cancellation window
